- Finish Line - Entrance of Final Four Fan Fest at George R. Brown Convention Center Hall A
Bags: Please be advised that bags will NOT be permitted into Fan Fest (GRB the end of the dribble) Clear bags will be provided at the beginning of the Dribble (City Hall) for any person that needs one.

We recommend that parents of the participants park closer to City Hall, and encourage you all to take the Green Link http//www.ridemetro.org/Pages/BusGreenLink.aspx or Metro rail back to your cars.
The NCAA® Final Four® Dribble fueled by POWERADE® gives 3,500 kids under the age of 18 years the chance to dribble their way through downtown beginning at Houston City Hall to the entrance of the NCAA® Final Four® Fan Fest presented by Capital One®.Participating youth will receive a T-shirt, basketball, free entry into Fan Fest, and ONE additional pass for a parent/guardian to enter Fan Fest (on event day only) April 3, 2016. Participants must be present to receive complimentary items and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
